How credits work
1 credit = one negotiation
A credit buys one structured negotiation, start to signed agreement.
Only the starter pays
A credit is spent only when you start a negotiation — never when you reply to someone else's. The one exception: on a tender, each vendor pays 1 credit to place a signed, binding bid — refunded if the tender doesn't open or they withdraw before the deadline.
Credits never expire
Buy once, use whenever. Idle months cost nothing.
