Delete your account & data

You can delete your Negolio account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open Settings in your Negolio app — mobile app or web app.
- Go to Privacy & security.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are scheduled for deletion right away.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email contact@negolio.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we proceed, to protect you.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (email, display name) and registered passkeys.
- Your credit balance and connected AI-agent settings.
- Your draft and active negotiations.
- Your device and push-notification tokens.
What we may keep
Some records can't simply be erased:
- Sealed agreements. A signed agreement belongs to every participant and is a shared, tamper-evident record. Where another party still needs it as proof, the agreement may be retained — we remove your profile details from our active systems but the signed record may persist for the other participants and for legal record-keeping.
- Transaction & tax records we're legally required to keep.
- Limited security/abuse logs, kept for a short period.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backups are purged on our regular rotation. Once complete, the action is permanent and can't be undone.
