Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Negolio (“Negolio”, “we”, “us”), operated by TwelveSuite UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Reinshagener Str. 40, 42857 Remscheid, Germany, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our web app, mobile apps (Android and, when available, iOS), and website (the “Service”). By using Negolio, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your email address, display name, and the public passkey credentials you register. Negolio uses passkeys (WebAuthn) — your private key and biometric data never leave your device and are never sent to us.

Negotiation data. The deals you create or take part in: the items and values proposed, participants, rounds, and the signed agreements that result. Sealed agreements are stored as tamper-evident records.

Credits & purchases. Your credit balance and transaction history. Payments are processed by Google Play (and by the Apple App Store once the iOS app launches); we receive confirmation of a purchase but never your full card details.

AI agent connections. If you connect your own AI assistant, we store the connection metadata and the limits (“mandates”) you sign — not the contents of your assistant.

Device & usage data. Device and app identifiers, push notification tokens, IP address, approximate location, and diagnostic/usage logs used to operate and secure the Service.

Address lookups. If you use an address-type item, your search is sent to Google Places to return suggestions.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service — run negotiations, produce signed agreements, manage credits.
• To send transactional messages and notifications you've enabled.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug issues.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your negotiations for advertising.

3. Passkeys & security

Sign-in uses passkeys, so there are no passwords for us to store or leak. The same passkey is used to cryptographically sign your agreements, which makes them verifiable and tamper-evident. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

4. What other participants see

Negotiation is, by nature, shared. When you take part in a deal, the values you propose and your acceptance are visible to the other participants in that deal and are recorded in the resulting signed agreement.

5. Sharing your information

We share information only with:

• Service providers who operate the Service on our behalf — e.g. hosting/CDN (Cloudflare), Apple (sign-in and payments), Google (address lookups), and push-notification providers — under contracts that limit their use.
• Other participants in a negotiation you join (see §4).
• Authorities where required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the Service.
• A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

6. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Signed agreements may be retained as records for you and the other participants, and to meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account & data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@negolio.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, these rights arise under the GDPR (DSGVO), and you may lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority — for us, the data-protection authority of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

8. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children

Negolio is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
